the staff were helpful. (i liked that) the room was spacious and comfortable.
the food was a letdown. they had an allergy board, but some items lacked allergen info. it made dining stressful, especially with a family member who has allergies.

fantastic holiday with superb entertainment
clean hotel nice pool fantastic entertainment entertainment team
the hotel was clean. i found the pool nice and the food good. entertainment was fantastic and made my holiday even better. the entertainment team (gustavo, alex and evalina) made us all laugh so much. i will definitely come back next year to see them all.
the water was not restocked in the room, but a small shop sold it nearby. it was not a major issue.

the animation team, including gustavo, alex, and evelina, were perfect. they offered a program from morning to evening. communication was great, as they spoke several languages, and the service was great (i felt very welcome).

the hotel had a purchase road less than 5 minutes away with everything needed. the old town and lindos are easily accessible. the hotel is in a lovely area with a great, cheap bus route to access different parts of the island.
